G. Nathan Newman, M.D.
Family Medicine
As a board-certified Family Physician, Dr. Newman is committed to providing the families he serves with quality care. He is also a MemorialCare physician, which means he joins the MemorialCare Medical Centers and doctors in adhering to the highest standards of medical care. Before completing his residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center and a Fellowship in Geriatrics at the University of California at Irvine, he earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine, and his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. Dr. Newman takes an active role in the profession by teaching other young medical professional about Geriatric Medicine at Long Beach Memorial’s Family Medicine Residency Program.
