The Memorial Prompt Care physical therapy department offers medically supervised and prescribed therapeutic rehabilitation in a friendly and supportive environment. With medical indications, the physicians may be able to prescribe treatment with pre-authorization of insurance obtained by our staff.

Our team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and physical therapy aides have over 60 years combined experience and strive to provide excellent personalized care. Each client is evaluated and receives customized home exercise programs and treatment that addressed their specific problem.
